Your underwear carry your most precious asset all day, why not give them the best comfort possible? Our underwear is designed to provide liberating comfort throughout the day. We use premium sustainable fabric sourced from trees that is 3x softer and last longer than cotton. You can be sure that your Unwear underwear will last much longer than your typical underwear brand.
Shipping Policy
We definitely do provide free shipping for:
1) All orders to Jabodetabek, Java and Bali.
2) All orders over Rp 500,000 to all other areas in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
At the moment, we are shipping to Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
Order placed on Monday to Friday before 12 PM, they will be shipped out on the same day; all other orders will be shipped out on the next business day. Keep a look out for your shipping confirmation email which will be delivered to your inbox once it has been shipped out!
We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped so you can follow your order from our doors to yours.
Our standard delivery time estimate is 1-5 business days and may vary depending on distance, location and public holidays. Shipment to outside Indonesia may also take longer due to the customs process in each country.

Return Policy
Every purchase from our website is eligible for our 30-day return policy. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot take back underwear unless the shipping packaging has not been opened. If you want to return your order with packaging that has not been opened, please contact us at help@unwear.id. We will be happy to arrange a return for you.
If you have opened the packaging, and not happy with the product, we still want to hear for you on what we can improved on – contact us at help@unwear.id. We will try to resolve the issue.
Please contact us directly at help@unwear.id with a picture and description of the faulty garment. We will be happy to arrange a replacement immediately.
If you don’t love your first pair of underwear for whatever reason, we will send you a different size or issue a full refund – no return required.
Note: this guarantee only applies to first (one) pair of underwear per customer. Request must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at help@unwear.id with your Order ID. Only for purchases made directly on unwear.id. Shipping charges may apply for certain regions.
